2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use xbijili:
Age Verification: xbijili will suspend and investigate any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use may be forfeited.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering your xbijili account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbijili login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. xbijili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 Verification. xbijili may require you to submit identity verification documents (e.g., a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's license) before processing withdrawals or as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. xbijili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete verification requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. xbijili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. xbijili reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification. xbijili aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may vary.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on xbijili are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. xbijili complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. xbijili will notify you before any administrative fees are applied to dormant account balances.
5.1 xbijili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse of Bonuses. xbijili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we determine that a player has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear bonus funds.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
6.1 Each game available on xbijili is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.
6.2 Random Number Generators. All non-live games on xbijili use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xbijili and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

Accounts found to be in violation of these prohibited conduct rules will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 The xbijili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of xbijili. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbijili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.2 xbijili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 xbijili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xbijili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 xbijili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 xbijili implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal and financial information.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
